Jordan Duncan5We have been banking with WSECU for many years now. We have had excellent experiences, and now run all of our mortgage and auto loans with them as well. Every time you call, you get a real person to talk with quickly. They make personal decisions based on knowing you, and listen when you ask for exceptions. Lastly, they have gone out of their way numerous times to expedite processes of a time sensitive nature. Very impressed that a bank/credit union offers such a personal touch in today's world. Wholly recommend.

Charlotte Alcoran1I've never had a complaint about a credit union in my life but that Chehalis branch has the worst customer service beginning manager down to account reps. Extremely rude, insulting, unkind. My dear friend was going to make a very large purchase through that credit union from one of their members. Credit unions are typically wonderful to deal with and so are many banks. We will never forget the experience with this one.

Our staff did their best to accommodate an unconventional request which involved a large amount of cash having to be counted twice, and many moving pieces. Had our Chehalis team been made aware ahead of time of the transaction your friend planned to make, we would have been happy to talk through the logistics to avoid the frustration displayed in our branch. We are sorry the conversation became escalated, despite our efforts to provide superb service.

Cassidy Smith1Terrible service. No one answers the phones. I waited for over a hour and no one picked up and it’s like this EVERY time I call. Employees automatically withdraw money you owe even if it leaves you with $10.

Shaun Huck1What a joke of a company. Their fraud protection only blocks legitimate purchases over and over while allowing obvious fraudulent charges. Customer service is worthless because they're forced to enforce poorly thought out policies. Moving multiple accounts and updating dozens of auto-billing accounts actually sounds easier than working with WSECU to try and resolve issues anymore.

Brandon Gibson2While I am pleased with WSECU on the whole, I LOATHE the inability to quickly process most any interactions with the associates at the Chehalis,Wa. branch location. Just trying to talk with anyone to get questions answered is a futile exercise in fruitless frustration 🤯 called at the least busy time and never got answered.

normanbites11Drove up to the ATM, inserted a BECU card. They are supposed to be a trusted partner with BECU. I put in an apparently incorrect PIN, not yet realizing it. Then it asked for the transaction type, I indicated cash deposit and deposited $1700 in mixed bills. It counted $1600. I was perturbed then but tried to proceed with the transaction. It said the pin number was incorrect, not thinking I entered the wrong (older) pin two more times. Then it said transaction rejected, returning cash. Then it DID NOT return ANY cash! I was literally ROBBED by their ATM. I am working with BECU to rectify this, but all I have as evidence is their "receipt" which frankly looks really weird!! I don't think I am ever going to trust these guys with any thing ever again!! Granted, wrong PIN, my bad. But why take my cash money then and keep it?? I complained to the clerks who claimed to be powerless. They indicated I should talk with BECU. I asked if that was their ATM that just took my money? They said, no, it belongs to a subcontractor, we'll send them a note. What?!?!? That's all the help and concern I get? I hope BECU does better, they usually do, but these folk should not be anyone's trusted partner. .... Really, not their ATM .... send the contractor a note .... jeesh!!
Response from the ownerYikes, we're so sorry this happened! While ATMs do what they should the vast majority of the time, every now and then something goes sideways. Contacting your home finanical institution to work on correcting it is the right course of action; they'll work with the folks who service our ATMs to confirm that we ended up with too much cash and get things back on track. We're sad to hear that this had made you lose trust in us, but we understand why that might be the case. We hope you might give us another chance in the future.

osma Cunnington5I went there to have them help me with a problem with an put of State credit union and they were so nice and it took almost 3 hours but they stayed with me and got the problem solved with a happy ending in am going to make them my bank
