Anthony Horrace2Decent prices while also overpriced. Depends on the item. The dude here refuses refunds. He said that all sales are final and no returns. I bought a bunch of dvds and several of them didn't work. He refused to refund me. Not cool!

Frank Hinojosa5I really enjoy this place. Every piece of musical accessories, including sound system I have purchased here. More than fair pricing for quality items (if you know what to look for). I have been happy with all of my transactions, buying, selling, and loans. Great place.

Manny L4Nice. Friendly. Helpful. But there was no bell to request service, so we were left waiting for several minutes. Don't go here when you're in a hurry.

Joseph Deguise3Great place,Great Staff, Super Nice...I'm only giving them 3 Stars is because THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS!!! I Swear I'm going to open a pawn shop just ON SUNDAY and I betcha I'd make great profit!!! I know there is some in Olympia but I live in Rochester so I have to drive 50 miles round trip so it makes no sense to me to burn up that much fuel for probably to get 25-35 dollars.

Cj Wyltk1The gentleman that works there that looks like a goodwill version of Rick from pawn stars, tried to inform me that my items were only going to fetch me the amount he offered anywhere I went. Well karma works quickly because I was then provided with 75$ more then what his cheapskate self tried to offer. Now i understand that these type of places need to make money and I get it but you would make a lot more money if you didn't try to strong arm your customers and come off so cocky and arrogant. Will never be returning to this location ever again.

Pacific Northwest Dad5Me and the wife went in to sell a wedding band I had found several years before. They didn't treat us like vagabonds or anything and gave us a good deal. Good prices on stuff too. We still have our teeth and don't stink so maybe that's why we were treated different? Idk?

JEFF HENSEL1That's the nicest thing I can say! 1 star. Read the reviews they say a lot. Employees that work there are great, as for the owner he acts as though everyone owes him something. Not hardly! Drive the extra 5 miles to the pawn shop in Centralia on Main street. Nicer people and prices plus a lot larger selection on whatever your looking for. It's kinda funny but the bald guy who is the owner is creepy. I wont say anything any further, just save yourself any issues and shop somewhere else.

Dope Sweg1This pawn shop will proposely make items you take in seem broken when there not. They rip your money off more then any normal pawn shop. They will send people outside the shop if they think you came with someone and they didn't come in then not sell you a product. They take advantage of the fact that this small town that I live in is mostly high and aged class citizens. On top of all of this I'm sad to say most of the reviews are paid for on here but not mine.

Brenda Mason AKA Grandma1I agree with everyone who gave one star. I've worked customer service all my life and this place doesn't know what that means. They are rude, act like they are so much better than them! The owner is the worse! Go to star exchange in Centralia, love their customer service! But if you want to feel bad about yourself Pawn something at Twin Cities, and you'll see what I mean! And it's not just one person all of them are grumpy EVERYTIME !

Taler R1I have gave this place several chances. But they have horrible customer service. I was not greeted when i came into the store. I waited around the store for 10 plus minutes to look at something that was locked up. I gave up and left and when to a different pawn shop. Another time the lowballed me on several of my items. I understand they need to make a $ too. But not rip people off.
