  Jacek and the team from summit funding are amazing. Any questions we had they answered them. Very good with communication. And they got us approved for FHA loan and we got in to our first house. I highly recommend any one to go through summit funding. So pleased with all the work they have done for our family.

  Honestly for me it was the communication and overall kindness. As a first time home buyer, I knew practically nothing about this whole process, but Jacek and Melinda were always super quick to communicate and answer all of my many questions. Overall I had a pretty great experience.

  So far I'm happy with the service I've received here. My first visit was nerve wracking because I've never purchased a home, but they where very flexible and able to get me pre approved as well as gave me suggestions to get a better monthly rate. They are also pretty friendly which is great. Haven't closed on my house yet but definitely think they are good people to go to

  The entire Summit Funding team worked hard for us to make a loan with somewhat different specific requests on our part go through quckly. A large national lender wanted to just give us a standard cookie cutter loan.

  Jacek Gilispie and Kris Danks are very knowledgeable about all of the aspects of home loans; professional in their dealings with their clients and they truly care about the homebuyers overall experience . Team Gillispie has the best interest of their client in hand. They care about you on a personal level and not just on a monetary one. I would highly recommend team Gillispie to everyone.   Looking at other reviews before I am posting this, it surprises me how well other people felt they were treated during their process working with this company. Others felt like they were a priority, and had their business taken care of in a timely manner. Unfortunately my boyfriend and I did not have that experience. We always had to call and reach out to get updates about our paperwork and where the process was at while we were in underwriting. Not only did we have to get our closing date extended and move in late because of the lack of attentiveness to our loan, but we recently found out that some of our closing paperwork we signed in escrow was “thrown out” by mistake and have to resign it. We moved in a week ago. Our closing date had to be extended because the wire for the loan to the title company did not go through and nobody from the lender checked on it. I had to hear from my realtor and contact the lender on my own to ask what was going on and the lender was not even aware at 3 in the afternoon that the wire was not complete, on the same day we were supposed to close. We even signed our closing paperwork early on a Sunday to make sure everything would get complete the following day, and it wasn’t. Not only was this experience stressful and time consuming it was overall disappointing and the worst first time home buyer’s experience I could have had. If it wasn’t for my amazing realtor Bull Demers and his team, I would not have purchased a home under these circumstances.

  Jacek Gillispie has assembled a great team at Summit Funding to assist customers all along the mortgage process. We've done mortgages with other lenders and Summit Funding has been our all-time favorite! Great communicators each week - quickly return emails and calls - and every member of the team had a smile and put the customer as a priority. We always had the idea we were important. 5 Star Rating! Recommend the highly.
