  Amazing customer service and they make everything super easy and quick. Went in today to cash a check and had a few questions I was in and out within 5 minutes. Again great staff!

  Really great customer service. I do shared branch baking here and they are always so friendly and helpful. It is the down home banking experience I enjoy here.

  If I could give them a -1 star then I would. I went to ask a couple of questions and the lady who I was talking with wouldn’t even let me talk and just cutting me off so I just told her that I am going to go somewhere else and walked out while called her a b*****.

  Excellent customer service and fabulous staff. They are extremely helpful. Only one thing could make them any better open on Saturday evening if it's normal Saturday hours. Please.

  Great that you guys are closed on a day you are supposed to be open. No signs or anything, already not open on the weekends. Poor hours.

  Hi Corey, we're so sorry you made a trip to the branch only to find it closed. Veteran's Day was nationally observed on Friday, and so we were closed in honor of our veterans. We make every effort to make our members aware of upcoming closures by posting on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, as well as posting a sign on our door for a week prior to the closure. We did have a sign posted on the door regarding why we were closed, which was still up when we arrived this morning; we're so sorry you didn't see it. If you're finding the lack of Saturday hours challenging, there are a few shared branching locations in Puyallup that are open Saturdays and can help you with most things we can.
