Dragoonan DD5I've been a member of WSECU for a very long time(16-17 years I think) and I have never had a bad experience with anyone, I've seen many people throughout the years and they have always been kind,respectful and caring. I remember the days when WSECU was in a tiny hole in the wall spot on Lake and Jefferson, I think. Everyone I have dealt with has been a great experience at the WSECU branch in medical lake. Steven Duncan5I'm usually in to pick up a couple rolls of quarters. This Branch is exceptional for financial institutions. I'm always greeted with a smile. The staff is friendly, like a good next door neighbor. One visit was to order a replacement Visa, pleasantly surprised by having a new chipped Visa generated while I waited. Incredible! I've never been treated as just a member or number, I'm treated like family!

Allie Speziale (GeekyAllie)1Had the worst experience I have ever had with a bank teller today. Normally don't post many reviews but I had to with this one... I went in with my mom, to get new debit cards. Blaire 'helped' us. She was cold and rude. Never greeted either of us, never said a kind word. I truly felt as if I was an imposition on her. I felt very uncomfortable. This experience has made me seriously consider closing out my account with WSECU, and going elsewhere.

Paige Domenichelli2Update: If the bank has to have everything tracked why couldn’t we do some kind of transaction that shows 10$ was changed into quarters?....but now I know. Thanks. - - I’ve been in US BANK, STCU, WASHINGTON MUTUAL, etc etc and never have I been told I have to have an account to change a 10$ bill to a roll of quarters. Nor have I been asked for my ID or any kind of bank info. Super lame, especially living in Medical Lake, and not having many banks to go in for this.
Response from the ownerWe're sorry this was frustrating for you, Paige. For tracking and auditing reasons, we need to run any cash handling through an account - including something as simple as making change. In the event that we're out of balance, this helps us see exactly what came and went so we can find the offage. If you have an account at another credit union that participates in the Shared Branching network, we're able to run it through an account that way. Sorry we weren't able to help!
