  Love wright patt but hated my downtown Dayton location assistance. Worst customer service I have ever received. The lady that I received had the worst attitude and didn’t even assist me accuratly or to her full ability, she just walked away from me after asking me two questions and didn’t even act like she wanted to be of service for me. I’m leaving to go over the road for work and needed a debit card for my wife to keep with her and now I’m not even sure how she’s going to get things for our child or herself while I’m gone. I wouldn’t even rate this location 1 Star.

  I was DENIED a car loan from Wright Patt.... I have banked there for many years... I have a savings/ checking & credit cards from them along with a 700+ credit score... The funny thing is Day Air Credit Union approved me in a matter of seconds.... So I closed all my accounts with Wright Patt and moved over to Day Air where I am treated like a valuable customer.

  I bank with Wright-Patt Credit Union and this is the branch I utilize most often. All the folks who work here are very friendly and efficient! From my experience, the level of service at this branch is equal to the level of service at any of the other branches.

  I love Wright patt I've banked with them for about 5 years now ... I've tried to apply to work there for 3 years, I will be a wright patt employee one of these days.. Being a mother in school is hard so banking with wright patt can be a life saver as well Great company... -Dinisty

  I have never had a bad experience at either location I visit. Very friendly. I can get in, get out, and I enjoy that.
