  My brother was a First time homebuyer and closed using this company, aside from having a hard time reaching them in the beginning once it was it to closing it was simple ans easy. There was a hiccup which would have been nice to have been told his prenuptial was not sufficient rather then being blind sided at closing. Closer was accommodating, answered calls and text even meet early. I would recommend them!

  BEWARE: Closing on our home was delayed by 6 days by the buying lender, but this title company didn’t bother obtaining an updated payoff amount from my selling lender. It required me to come up with the cash and bring it to a branch to pay off my loan. Stay away!!!

  Incredibly professional, friendly and efficient company. We use them for anything and everything we can - We’ve developed good business relationships with all the staff, especially Emily and Tammy who are some of the sweetest and MOST helpful people I have ever met. Any time we have questions, I know I can call the office and no matter who answers, if they cannot help - they’ll get me to who can! Jake is a very knowledgeable and helpful closer, efficiently answering all closing questions and easing the minds of even the most nervous of buyers or sellers! There are too many other fantastic employees to name that have helped us in some way or another - Top notch title company!

  Fidelity helped my wife and I buy a home near Dayton from out of state in a "For Sale By Owner" transaction with no realtors. They drew up the purchase agreement and helped both us and the sellers with every step in the process. They made the whole transaction smooth and easy, plus their rates were fair. I would use Fidelity again. Thanks guys!

  I don't write a contract without putting down Fidelity specifically Jake Dotson. The entire team is always there whenever I have questions, they never make me feel like I'm an inconvenience. Every customer I have has loved their closing, Jake makes it very easy and always comes in with a smile. Thank you guys!!

  Fidelity was the worst title agency I have seen. I would recommend using homesite title agency before I would use them. Homesite title agency will go above and beyond for a seller where fidelity will just sit back and wait on a check. Do not use these people worst mistake I ever did.

  Realtors, Buyers and Sellers RUN AWAY FROM ANY CONTRACT THAT LISTS THIS TITLE COMPANY!!!!!! Their incompetency cost our company over $5000 in lost funds and attorney fees. Their response to request to make things right? SILENCE

  They call they’re self law farm & title company, we call Tammy lady don’t know how to answer her phone . Called her on Friday left massage ,today Tuesday didn’t get any call back from her (,for my title work) , today I called 6 times no answer. Sloppy business. Neve again Please please please look elsewhere.
