  Communication with the team from start to finish was excellent. As a first time home buyer I had to have many things explained to me, sometimes more than once, and the team helped me through it all. Despite a very busy market, they got back to me as quick as possible with any questions or concerns. I'm happy to recommend them in the future!

  We were looking for our dream house to retire in the Sunshine state. Mike Romano and his entire team are professional, informative, and have their A game going on from beginning to end of this process. Make sure you go in well prepared, it makes it alot easier and no bumps in the road. Whether your a first time home buyer or a seasoned pro, they make the process as smooth as possible. They guide you through it and they never dropped the ball. Answered all questions , explain anything you don't understand and always return your phone calls. If Mike was out of the office, I would leave a message, and had a return call within minutes, whether it was Mike or someone from the Romano team, they knew how to find answers to anything I ask. An excellent organization. Would use them again if we were moving again . A + RATING from us. Thank you for always being on top of your game, and making us feel like family.

  This was my first mortgage and closing and it was during a pandemic. I would have been stressed without the “pandemic” part, but the Mike Romano team understood. They were supportive and understanding, even when I had to ask questions multiple times because everything was a moving target. It has been a long process but I am incredibly glad that I had the Mike Romano team on my side. I can’t thank them enough for getting me into my new house.

  Mike has an awesome staff, and is an expert in his field! Working with Mike Ramano, Melinda, Michelle, and Tim was different in every aspect. I submitted the app, sent over the docs had an appointment the next day. When you first meet with Mike, you can tell he is very organized, focused, and structured in his approach. Later, I found everyone else in his team possess the same traits. He reviewed all information prior to the appointment, had an answer for every question. Everyone in his team took personal responsibility to ensure the closing date was met with an insanely low fixed interest rate. Three attorneys in my office and I closed within weeks of each other, the interest rate Mike and his team got us was half of what everyone else is currently paying.

  I can't say enough good about Mike Romano, his team and Caliber Home Loans. They've gone the extra mile for me and my clients. Even if the buyer's credit is not good enough, they will stick with them to help bring the buyer's credit score up and get them financed so that they can realize the American dream of home ownership! They have an awesome interactive website where the buyers can apply for a loan and receive a pre approval without even going to Caliber's office, but they can also schedule an appointment to meet in Mike's office to go over the loan process and sign paperwork. Once under contract on a house, and the loan process has started, they constantly communicate with me and my buyers so that we have a smooth and quick transaction all the way to the closing table! Mike Romano and Caliber are #1 for me and my clients!!!
