  The Dayton branch is amazing. Everyone is extremely nice, courteous, professional and helpful. They make you feel more like family rather than just a customer. Ms. Betty and Ms. Angie are awesome. They go above and beyond to provide a one of a kind banking experience. I will definitely refer friends and family!!! They also support local small business owners by spotlighting a new business monthly. The exposure provided is incredible. I ultimately opened a business account and officially launched my dream. Thank you Ms. Angie, Ms. Betty and the Pathways staff for all of your support!!!

  I worked with Theresa Marietta from Pathways Financial Credit Union recently. I purchased a condo after moving to Fort Myers. I kept bank accounts in Columbus at this branch because I have been a customer for over 30-years. Theresa was amazing! She was so helpful getting 2 wire transfers set up for me. She was courteous, quick to respond, and kept me updated via phone and email thru the entire process. Thanks Theresa!!

  Thanks to Theresa for helping us close out our old SRCU accounts. We were members for over 40 years and enjoyed the services and relationships with SRCU. Now that we've retired and moved far from Dayton it is no longer convenient for us to stay members, but we thank all of those at the CU who were so helpful to us for many decades.
