  Customer service is great. I just dont understand the mobile deposit problem. If I deposit a check through the app, which is from another wright patt checking account, thee of which I've deposited numerous time previously, why does it take 5 days to get the money? why does it immediately fund my account and then when I pay a bill it charges me an overdraft fee plus put my checking account in the negative? Terrible policies. Please do better. I keep minimal money in a bank account but it brings me maximum problems.

  The first time I ever bought a car, I got my auto loan through them! Almost 3 years later and don't have any complaints. They've been helpful, and very cooperative with me, when I fell behind on a couple payments during the covid pandemic!

  Completed an application for a new account in February. Was asked by return for some additional identification evidence, this was provided. We never heard from them again !......not much you can say about it, besides let this be a warning to those who are thinking about opening an account.

  Wright Patt Credit Union causes me so many problems and frustration. I thought this company was more professional. I am very disappointed in the poor customer service.

  Just when I thought this credit union could not get any worse, they decided to jump on the cancel culture bandwagon. If I did not have to have an account with this place to get paid I'd have left a long time ago. So I'll let me employer deposit my check and transfer it right out. I seriously hope more people leave and this company fails.

  Worst checking and savings APY's I've seen from a public credit union. Your owner-members want 5% APY's for checking, and 6% APY's for savings.

  I have been with wright Patt for over 10 year! And I used to say wright Patt was a very good bank. But ever since covid-19 hit they've gone downhill. They keep changing their terms overdrafting my account on multiple occasions. Then they keep showing my account down stealing money out of my account. Without contact you went clearly states that they're supposed to contact people. I open up my account today after they told me I could take out my social security check to see that they took out the money that I supposedly owed them th picture extendedat they stole from me. Which is $700 and $32 to find out that now I only have $500 because they said because they took it out only to find out that they did take it out after they said that they wouldn't

  I have been a member for decades and the pathetic customer service I have received trying to get a 'Bill Pay' problem solved has been shocking. WPCU took $59.99 out of my account to pay Spectrum. Spectrum has no record of getting the money. I have gotten NO help from WPCU. I'm getting late fees and harassing calls from Spectrum for a bill I paid months ago. If you don't care about your customers, I can just take my accounts somewhere else!

  This location is always super fast (except during lunch time when they go on break and half of Beavercreek comes in on their lunch break). I've had to make some major changes to my account several times over the past few years and I put it off thinking it will be like dealing with the cable company. But Wright Patt makes it easy and I am in and out in minutes. Glad I do business with them.
