  The staff is super friendly and they’re always very helpful with the stressful or difficult banking transactions! They treat you like a neighbor and not a number. Mackenzie is my favorite teller there. She always has the biggest welcoming smile on her face! There’s no other credit union that I’d rather do business at.

  what can i say but Awesome!! customer service from Molly Buckingham made my loan prossing a breeze was easy and fast with Great support if your looking for a banking branch or some kind of loan. Pathway is Great and good Interest rates.

  This is by far the best branch. The customer service is great. Everyone is very nice and helpful, especially Mackenzie. I wouldn’t want to be a part of any other credit union.

  Great place for shared banking. Received excellent service from all the staff. Especially received quality assistance from Heather. She has a friendly disposition and eager to provide assistance. I enjoy coming into Incenta more than my own credit union!

  This company is very unfair and unjust. They charged me 5,000 for full coverage insurance that I already had. They added it to my loan without telling me. I had a personal loan and came into the bank to set up payments for it and they never not once said anything about me not having insurance. My insurance company even said yes you had insurance at that time and they can provide it. Incenta/Pathways still says will not even speak to me about the matter. If your thinking about doing business here don't. Please don't you will get surprises fees and they won't be in small amounts. I have never paid 5,000 for full coverage for 6 months.

  The girls are always so nice. I actually enjoy going to the bank seeing all them they are all friendly. Always take time to talk smile. its always tidy at the Beavercreek branch.it’s just a very pleasant experience. I’m very thankful for them they remember me and always are very helpful and I’m grateful for them.
