Ms Love3It takes forever to get a hold and talk to someone, that's really ridiculous! Large purchases with your card can get declined when you have well enough money in your account, that's very annoying!! These are the 2 things I really dislike and makes me want to switch banks.

Joshua Co1Use to be a huge fan of these guys but as of late their customer service and satisfaction is at a all time low. Do not act like you're doing me favor...I can go somewhere else and will after today. My money is better off being buried in a back yard.

They've gone above and beyond several times for me and that is why I'm leaving this post. I recommend them every chance that I get.

Don Griffin1This location put cones in the parking lot to keep adults from turning around and going out the entrance they came in. Yet the drive lane they force you to go out is a right turn only. They think adults can't drive? This driveway has been without cones for 20 years but someone now thinks the customers don't know how to drive without an accident. Lose the cones, stop wasting money by paying a driveway guard and focus on banking not crowd control.

Narci Zeek1My husband and I have been with WPCU since 2014 with our auto loan. Up until today, I have been nothing but satisfied with customer service, willingness to work with us when we are struggling. Today everything changed for us and I CANNOT WAIT to be done with you. We switched our auto insurance to bundle with our home insurance policy. We get a letter from WPCU with a website to go to in order to verify our insurance. If we didn’t do this, we would be given insurance added into our loan. No big deal—I verified through that website and have the confirmation email. I have been making payments consistently for years. We have recently been behind due to multiple circumstances. I had surgery in April and my brother died in May. We called to attempt to do the skip a pay and were told no because we were already late for that month. Asked what options we had, given nothing. We have been multiple months behind before and have always been given the “no worries, pay what you can, we will note it on the account.” Fast forward to today. 1 month behind. 1 MONTH. My husband gets home from work and our car is gone. Call customer service, she’s the rudest person we’ve ever dealt with. Ultimately we are told that they never received the insurance verification, even though we have the confirmation email. So they charged us $955 for insurance (that we already have and have already verified as requested by you) which ultimately increased our monthly payment. Never sent any documentation that our payment increased. No documentation that insurance verification wasn’t received and they were charging us for insurance. So now, on top of repossessing the vehicle for an insurance screw up on YOUR part.. we now have to pay extra fees that will be added to our loan? Unacceptable. I will be going into a branch to get this taken care of this week but I will never ever again go through WPCU for any financial needs and I will never recommenced anyone to this place.

Karissa Sinclair5When I call to make my car payment, I always make sure to call this branch because for almost two years of making payments and discussing loans, I've always had the nicest service. My apartment caught fire and I lost everything and they worked with me for three months while I got back on my feet. I never felt so blessed and fortunate. Thank you everyone!

What outstanding customer service. WPCU Please up your game this is an embarrassingly unnecessary easily anticipated inconvenience. Were I in an actual legit emergency I imagine it would leave this institution exposed to legal action -but what do I know? JfnC

Malia Miller1A lot of the staff is courteous and helpful but recently I deposited some checks at this branch and they ran them twice which caused them to come up as duplicate checks and all of the money was taken out of my bank account! Since I use shared branching and am not a member here (I bank with Kemba) they insisted that this was a problem with Kemba and that they couldn’t possibly be at fault. When I called customer service they told me that they couldn’t investigate this problem because I’m not a member. It took me 3 days to get my money back. I’m beyond disappointed in them. It’s bad enough they let a mistake like this happen in the first place, but it’s even worse that they practically refused to help me.
