C P1I’ve Experienced Horrible customer service at this location multiple times. I try not to even go in if I don’t absolutely need to because of this. The last experience the lady was so disrespectful and rude to me (it’s unbelievable she works in customer service. Like somebody else’s review said ( I also felt belittled) I’ve been a customer with US BANK for over 15 years and it’s Really unacceptable to be treated like that. But there’s no sense in even complaining because Unfortunately It wouldn’t change anything. Very disappointed!!
