  Mirna is a true expert when it comes to anything in her field. Her expertises really glow when it comes to anything that involves mortgage assistance. The customer service she provides is not easy to come around now a days as she is available at any time of the day with any questions that may arise.   My second opportunity to utilize the services of Mirna and the second time (finalized just this week) went as well as the first. Life changes is what prompted the refi and a solid estimate of cost and balance of loan was required to make a decision. Everything went as expected and now I can retire when I'm ready, not when some mortgage tells me I can. I probably would have been hesitant doing this but I had used Mirna before, and after outlining my plan she reassured me that it was a financial scenario she had seen many times. Mirna & Steven answered all my questions within hours and kept us updated via email and telephone.

  I wrote a review for Mirna and her team back in February because of the great work they did on my refinance. I was very pleased with all the work they did. In March Mirna and her team once again helped me refinance one of our rental properties and once again they exceeded my expectations.   Mirna and her entire team are so on top of it. Mirna answered all of my questions and still continues to respond to me whenever I have a question even after finishing up the process. She was my loan officer when we bought our house and again when we refinanced. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about her or her staff. Very professional but at the same time, very family like.
