  Where do I even begin! I am very blessed and lucky to have worked with him. I have spoken to couple of lenders before him and I can tell that Phillip is someone who is willing to work with you and work it out for you! He’s very responsive and would make sure to check on where I was in the home buying process because of the crazy increases in rates. When my offer was rejected the first time, he worked on getting an underwriter approval letter to make my future offers stand out. He made sure to present options so my family and I can finally have a home that we can call our own. If you want a loan officer who has your best interest and will make you feel a valued client, Phillip is who you should work with! Thank you again, Phillip!!!

  I want to start by saying Rogelio castro at new american is the man. He walks u through the whole first time home buyer process. Im very happy w the services provided and the excellent.customer service. I know im not always the easiest customer to deal with but with Rogelio u feel right at home. Always answers your call n u feel like your in the right hands when it comes to one of your biggest purchases one might due in there lifetime. I recommend new american to anyone that is looking to buy a home.

  It is my honor to help review this company. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and their Lender Representatives Rogelio Castro and David Matranga. They made such an overwhelming experience feel so much less stressful. My husband and I felt they went above and beyond in holding our hand by answering every question we had, providing formulas to help us understand what our mortgage could look like even before placing an offer. We were warned what to expect, told what documents to have handy and each level we progressed to they took time to explain what what going on. I feel we were treated like family and never were made to feel like we were bugging them when we would either call or email them with redundant questions. I am sure they understood we were nervous and appreciated their guidance. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to them. They helped my family and I obtain a home in the range we felt comfortable paying.
