  I had the pleasure of working with David on acquiring a condo in downtown San Diego. He was fantastic for several reasons. First I was very green to the whole process of acquiring a home loan and David was the perfect person to walk me though the ins and outs of the whole process. You’ll really feel like you’re talking to a friend instead of a broker. I was extremely impressed with all the numerous ways he was coming up with to work my mortgage rates down and my monthly payment. David is also always one step ahead of the process, he has a fined tuned format of compiling all your info and docs even before they become necessary for the lenders. The whole process was very comfortable and exciting. I would definitely recommend Mortgage by Matranga to my friends and family and look forward to working with them again.

  I would give David 10 stars if I could. Navigating the real estate market in these unprecedented times is difficult. With inventory so low and competition so high, you need strong, knowledgeable, available, trustworthy, and experienced professionals on your team. I was so relieved going through this process with David as I was confident I was in great hands, and he had my absolute best interest at heart. David is responsive & professional. As a first-time home buyer in California, he showed me patience and grace as I asked questions and guided me through the purchase process without a blip. I had full trust in his process and would highly recommend him to absolutely anyone. Thank you David!

  We received professional and helpful service on our first home purchase. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner. Easy to talk to and made sure we understood everything that was presented to us. His team went above and beyond to make buying our first home an incredibly easy and straightforward process.
