      I was given the run around for 5 days. If you were not going to give me the loan you should have said that on day 2. It's rude and inconsiderate. A simple NO would've been fine, but to string me along was just wrong. The one good thing is Angela is a very nice person.

      The branch manager, Orlando, helped me when nobody else could! I have been a customer of World finance for almost 8 years. When I recently came by to pick up a 8k debt consolidation loan, the young lady at the front was so very sweet and professional.
