      *Constructive Criticism Spoiler* Extremely slow response time for auto loan's. Customer service department is seriously slacking and its quite evident that they really need to step up there game. Thankfully there are plenty of other banks that got back to me right away to put me into my new vehicle :)

      Love the back in the day feeling. This branch kept the passport book savings, the xmas club, vacation club, no ATM, no debit cards. I love Woodlawn Credit Union! It's a stress free, no hassle, no hussle time capsule. You must call for info, go visit the branch and see what I'm talking about.

      Horrible! Took them 2 months to even give us an estimate of how much she can get approved for a car loan. They kept stating they never received the bill of sale. The first car we applied for, someone else had applied for it also and they got approved faster and the bank never notified us.
