      They seemingly ALWAYS have only one person working and there is always a long line at least when I come in. Not efficient at all. I don't know the situation but they certainly need more then one teller to operate more smoothly

      I hate to come to this bank of america they always take mad long to assist you with alot people on the line and only one teller to assist you after all they have a lot of bureaucracy in this place

      By far the worst bank I've ever been too ,long waits lines of up to twenty people and there is 4 managers walking around as the one cashier is slammed ,never again

      How can u have 10 people in line with one teller. Covid is no excuse if dont have enough employees dont be open like the other branches. I cant go in drive tru cause there businesses drops..... stop responding to use the drive tru or app there business deposit they have to go inside ....

      The worst branch I ever visited. Every time I go there the line is average 15 minutes wait. 30 minutes to get things down. They have etellers that people barely use and only ONE teller to served customers waiting in line. I felt sorry for only teller under the pressure serving all that customers. Either the management is doing a poor job or they don’t care for people in this town. I mean this is BOA, so disappointed.

      Went to get a paper notarized and the lady pretty much refused to do it. Because she was "busy" she was just standing there gossiping with her co workers, and that I had to make an appointment. I said no thanks and went to city hall and the nice lady over there notarized my paper with no complaints and it took a whole 5 minutes.

      HORRIBLE customer service! I made an appointment to see a notary on my lunch break. I got there and was told that I would have to wait 25 minutes for her to get off of her lunch break! What is the point of making an appointment?! Don't waste your time trying to do anything here, you won't be a priority.

      This one is absolutely the slowest. They have NO concept of how to be efficient aka fast at the same time Its literally so disgusting. Especially on Saturdays. And they look at us like why are we the way we are. They should call em turtles of America.AND THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE THE MANAGER LOCKED THE DOORS AT 12:52 SMH WHEN THEY CLOSE AT 1!
