  I have been coming here to pawtucket pawn brokers since i was 16 years old. I cant not say enough on how great they have been. I am now 40 years old and i would drive 45 mins away just to do business with them. I trust them they are very professional and amazing group of people and atmosphere.

  To sum it up in one word: OUTSTANDING!!!! Although I cant say that I have extensive knowledge of the customer experience in numerous other Pawn Shops, I can say that out of all the Pawn Shops I have shopped in - this one is by far the most friendly, helpful, and accomodating establishment that I have ever had the pleasure to shop in! All of the employees here have always gone above and beyond my expectations, offering top notch customer service and a genuine desire to make sure every client is completely and totally satisfied! Whether your there to sell or buy, you can be sure that you will be getting top dollar for your Pawn and paying the lowest price for your purchase. In particular, I would like to personally thank Mario for his professionalism, courteousness, and his no pressure sales style during my most recent visit to the shop. I came in with the intent of buying myself a new Laptop, but after dealing with Mario, I got such a good deal that I also ended up buying a beautiful Tiffany Bracelet for my girlfriend because the price was just too good to pass up! And then a few days later, when I was having difficulties with installing some software, Mario was more than happy to take the laptop back to have his Computer Tech guy work on it at no additional charge! Within 24 hours he had it back to me, fully functioning, and running better than I could have ever possibly imagined! Bottom Line: tell your friends, tell your family, tell everyone - Pawtucket Pawnbrokers is the BEST place to buy, sell, or pawn Anything! Thanks again Mario, and I'm sure you'll see me again soon!!!

  Literally the only reason my girlfriend said yes to me was because of the ring that Nick custom made for me to propose with. Have known these guys since high school and they are honest, hard working, and timely. Such an easy process, with Nick guiding me the entire way since I knew nothing about diamonds. Thank you Nick, Corey, and Mike!

  They might be selling stolen good...that might be the reason they can sell so cheap. Jewelry of mine and my mother's was stolen. I was talking to one of the clerks( Not owner) and described my jewelry and even the initials on my class ring. I described the other items and the clerk started to say that some items were brought in fitting my description lately and the owner stopped him and said that I needed to go to the police...which I did. Police got involved ...I never got my jewelry back.

  Hi Cheryl, I am the owner of Pawtucket Pawn. Firstly, we 100% do not accept stolen goods and we work very closely with the pawtucket police along with the attorney generals office to ensure nothing we take in or sell is stolen which is why we have been able to be licensed for over 30 years. Every item we take in we give a detailed description to pawtucket and providence police and attonrey generals office on a daily basis. I'm sorry to hear about your situation. We haven't had any incidents that fit this description recently or any incidents which the police were involved at all recently. We are in downtown Pawtucket on Main st.   Usually the only people who write reviews have something really good or really bad to say. I am writing this review because I appreciated how I was treated at this store starting the moment I walked in. The interactions with staff were great and they gave me a great price for the jewelry I brought in. I would highly recommend going through your items and heading to them with any unwanted jewelry!

  Nick and the guys at Pawtucket pawn are amazing !! Very knowledgeable, enthusiastic & kind and will always work their best towards your pawn or loan goal! You all not regret coming here! If you’re in Rhode Island or surrounding cities check them out!!

  Just picked up my loan today and I wanted to let other people know how happy I was with my transaction here. I'm sure they don't do this all the time but I was out of the country for 5 months and they didn't sell my ring on me. By law they have to hold it for 4 months and my experience with other shops was that they sell your item the next day after your 4th month is up. I called them and told them my dilemma and they were nice enough to hold it that extra month while I was away. In return they will have my business in the future (hopefully to buy items not pawn them) and I figured I would share my thoughts in this review. Would recommend them to anybody.

  Owner of this place is a great guy ,awesome deals ,great prices and amazing staff who treats you like family when you walk in …….highly recommend this place especially for jewelry

  Easily the best pawn shop/gold buyers I have been to in New England. Was nervous when I walked in, but everything was much easier and quicker than I thought and left the store satisfied. The guys there are friendly, down to earth and most importantly, they valued my my items (TV & laptop) higher than other pawnbrokers I have been to in the region. I suggested Pawtucket Pawn to a relative, and she was able to sell her gold jewelery for a great chunk of cash. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to pawn or sell anything.
