Joe and his team were responsive, helpful, and patient with me every step of the way. They broke everything down for me, and were always available to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. They made my first home buying process so easy and painless!

  As first time home buyers, my fiance and I had no knowledge at all about buying a house or getting a mortgage. Enter Joe and his team at Anchor Financial; they made us feel confident in what we were doing, how much we could afford, and explained everything in a way that was digestible for someone with no knowledge on the subject. They answered all of our questions (there were A LOT of them) and took the time to go over anything we were still confused about. Not only that, but working with them was clearly not just another day in the office for them; when we hit a milestone, no matter how small, they were excited for us and celebrated with us! You really can't go wrong with this team!

  The entire team at Anchor is amazing! Zach in particular (our agent) went above and beyond on a number of occasions for us, and truth be told, if it weren't for his tenacity and ability to think outside the box, we wouldn't have gotten things lined up and into our home. Especially given the circumstances with Covid, I can't overstate enough how good of a job they did. I wouldn't have wanted to deal with anyone else, and I recommend Zach and the rest of the team 100%. Everything went as smoothly as possible and they made the entire process of dealing with contractors, Rhode Island Housing, and the all the other moving pieces a breeze. Thanks again!
