      Let me make this very clear the staff at the bank at BELL CREEK RVA are awesome i have been with them for over 5 years and could go to any other bank but i am sure i wont get the same great service else where ( and i have been with others the service does not compare) . they make me feel welcomed and like family ever time I go. I love the manager ( she trains her staff to treat everyone equal even though I feel extra special lol they make me feel like I have millions in my account lol) ...I just love them ..the manager ashely goes above and beyond her duties...if we had more people like her in the world boy oh boy the world would be better her and her staff really do care about people and not just the job .

      Unlike most banks they do not hold your payroll deposits for 1 day. If the job pays you on thursday, you get your money on Thursday.

      I've never been to a bank that will not give change. Guess banks changed since I was young. Thought they were full service banks. Then I'm told that they couldn't make change for any bill over 20. I had to give1 star but really, if a bank can't make change then they need to change their business name.
