      I have banked with Woodforest since 2012. I have never gotten a fee. If you simply pay attention when opening the account you can see that most to all fees are avoidable. Extended hours are a plus and with Covid you could tell that even though they changed hours, they let you walk up without appointment unlike every other bank close by. Woodforest is awesome in my opinion.

      Woodforest freakin sucks! Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with! P.o.s!!! I’m always posting how terrible they are and I would NEVER recommend anyone to Woodforest! I hate the bank and everyone who works for it! Unprofessional and always charging extra stuff for no damn reason! F y’all!

      If you call there customer service number after dark you won't be able to reach anyone. And there automated system is terrible my card was locked because it couldn't hear or confirm my info now I have to travel to a bank location to get it fixed. I will be closing my account. Don't bank with them ever.

      I had two separate deposits go into someone else's closed account. Then yesterday they turned me away when I was there to make a deposit because they closed early.
