Ive been coming here for over a year now and the past 2 months the customer service has gone way down the drain. Not as helpful..is more worried about other associates then cutomers. Is rude when i ask whats going on because it takes me a hour just to deposite money.

Worst bank ever ,been trying to close account,get charged with NFE charges(over $300 I have spent over these charges ) part of it is my fault,never enroll in autopay.even though payment gets decline ,you still get charged the almost $30 fee.Ive been sending money from my other account but still get hit by charges like paper statement fee and now this return mail fee.One thing I do not want to do is to talk to these customer service reps or even worse talk to one in person.I swear I will lose my mind,but I guess it's not there fault but their lousy banking company .Just beware woodforest will hit u hard if u try to leave .youve been warned.
