      Could not be happier with the customer service we received on Monday. Ms Erin S., welcomed us the moment we walked through the door, and spent an incredible 1 1/2 hrs resolving our problem. She listened to our issues, told us how she help could resolve them, and then she went to work. Absolutely incredible customer service!       We went in to the Boerne branch and Crystal was kind and courteous at the door and then proceeded to help us set up the accounts we needed! She was knowledgeable and efficient! We will definitely we working with her again!

      Thought about moving my finances to SSFCU, but after reading their poor ratings by unsatisfied customers over the same things that I would need from them, I decided to take my business elsewhere. People are burnt out dealing with terrible service & all banks/CU's do is give lip service but no significant changes. Thank you reviewers for the FYI

      Constant fraud charges that we never get reimbursed for. Forget drive thru banking unless you want to wait 20+ minutes. They open all of the lanes with what seems to be only 1-2 tellers so then you’re just stuck in the car pile up line. They don’t have a local number so you have to call a 1-800 number and wait forever just to ask a simple question about your local bank. Even if you’re on an account together with your spouse and call to check on a fraud dispute, they won’t give you any information about a possible refund. The card holder has to call in, even if said card holder doesn’t have time to do so during business hours, so being on an account together means nothing I guess. Can’t wait to close this account and change banks.

      Valerie Amos is top notch!! I had a banking issues that had been haunting me for at least 2 months. I've called multiple times and talked to multiple representatives and got told different things by each one. Since all banking is done over the phone currently, I was never able to speak to the same person twice. Valerie made my problem her mission to solve. She provided excellent customer service and solved my problem for me in a matter of hours. I live in Colorado, and somehow was lucky enough to be connected to Valerie for that call. She's been a life saver! Hold on to her!! Thank you Valerie!!

      This review is solely for an associate who truly went above and beyond for my husband and I. Her name is Darylisha was so patient and really took the time to understand what we’ve been struggling with from other associates over the phone for a few days. Every other person we spoke to just wanted to pass the buck and i personally felt it was pure laziness why we couldn’t get the help we needed. She really did turn things around for us and acted with urgency and i am so thankful for her! I certainly hope she is recognized for her hard work and dedication to her job and helping members.
