      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! i went in to cash my check (i dont have an account there) let them know i did not have an account, i gave them the check, my passport ( i did not have a TX ID at the time), my passport has my maiden name so i also let them know that. and i brought in full proof of my identity ( marriage license, birth certificate, and social security card, and the passport) and the manager said that i could not cash my check because the passport had the wrong last name. i was upset but left because i understood i did not have my Texas ID with my correct legal last name. today i went in again and this time with my paper TX ID and all my other documents that i mentioned earlier. the same manager says that i cant cash my check because she cant take my paper ID and she has to use my passport as primary ID. on the paper ID i had the correct last name, it matched. i went in twice and waited in line just so that they waste my lunch time.

      Best bank in the whole east side. Tellers are awesome and super comprehensive, they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Great customer service!!!!

      Do not bank here yesterday I walked not knowing bank was closing and all cashier's yelled at me including the security they were closed . Whatever , I will never come here again . Best location is El Dorado inside Wal Mart best service ever from manager and staff.(NASA / clear lake Area. Go there much better service.

      They are very rude, never want to help you & wait times are extremely long! Also, they are very incomprehensive & have no patience with their customers & they never have answers to your concerns/questions as a customer.

      Only one in drive thru and still sat there over 8 minutes just to deposit. Only go to that location if it is a must otherwise I'll go any other place.
