  One of the best places to go that will take care all of your banking needs and no monthly fee for my regular checking. So I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Whitney V. and let me tell you that she is the best at what she does. She was fast and answered all of my questions even the silly ones. I highly recommend this young lady. She's down to earth and will walk you through the banking process. Thank you Ms. Whitney I really appreciate your help and kindness!

  I have to say not only do I love Texas Bay Credit Union, but what Whitney Vaughn did for me today is AMAZING!!! She refinanced my new car to a lower payment and a lower interest rate!   This bank has robbed my family hundreds of dollars. If your bank account goes negative 25 cents they charge you 30 dollars. Even if you hurry and correct it within an hour they still charge you for going into the negative. I'm trying to support a family of 5 on a single income and they could care less if my children go hungry. This is bank is awful STAY AWAY!!!

  I didn't expect much when I walked into this small establishment, but they WOWED me! Friendly customer service. They really took their time to explain my options to me. You can take a picture of a check to deposit, they have a free app, the checking account has a nice interest rate, there's no monthly/annual charge, ATM fees are reimbursed up to $10 a month, and the first box of checks is free! They even have cameras at the drive up depositories so you can see who you're talking to! I'm telling everyone I know what a fabulous credit union this is! As a bonus, one of my former students works there, and she's always so bright and cheery when she greets me by my name! Love this place!
