  This bank places almost every deposit on hold regardless if you have made several deposits from a recognized or previous source. It is very inconvenient. I would not recommend this bank to anyone else. So frustrating.

  The worse bank ever. Iv been with this bank for over 10 years, paid off several loans never late once, best credit score that they can even help you in your time of need and don't even call back or answer the phone when you call to check status....they don't help anyone at all!!!!

  The authorities should close this place, they are a DANGER to the community, their managers and the loan officers are like zombies, they have no souls. Run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run as fast as you can out of this place. Close your account today, and find a good bank with good old Texan traditions.

  This bank has never helped me out at all. 8yrs n never been easy on getting loan approvals or credit increases. Never been their when u need them . I’ve gotten more help out of Bank of America / Wellsfargo totally recommend them. This bank is a loss of time and investment!

  The atm deposit is always full or out of order. Considering that the bank is so hard to come by you would think that they would pay better attention to the ability of their customers being able to access their money. Especially at night when the tellers are not open. We needed to pay our rent and ended up having to pay several service and late fees due the atm not being accessible for days.

  I've had nothing but positive experiences with this SFCU branch over the years. The staff is always professional and friendly, the lines move quickly. But they really went above and beyond recently when I had some issues and I can't thank them enough. I can be a tough customer to deal with at times, I know, but they take it all in stride. They're good people.

  Waited in the Drive thru for over 40mins on a Tuesday at 4:45pm . After 20 mins I pressed the call key because I needed my DL and debit card back because I was going to be late to work. The call key either doesn’t work or I was being ignored. I called there was a long wait before I could speak to someone.

  Incompetent- I went to this location a few minutes ago to open an account. I had a social security number and IRS related question. The young lady in back office assisted us. She guessed at the answer. Upon pressing her, she started typing in her computer. After waiting a couple of minutes, I asked if if it would be long then she informed us that she was message another department. She was incompetent. I askef for the manager and was told the manager was off. I proceeded to leave the building. I mentioned what happened to the receptionist and was ignored. Therefore I left with my money and went another bank.

  The receptionist and the tellers are always friendly. Recently refinanced a loan there and got a great rate, and some cash back. Perla, the financial service representative there was very helpful and even stayed late to help us with the refinance. I would definitely recommend SFCU to everyone.

  Terrible experience, this place has been overcharging me more than $300 for my truck payment for the last 5 or 6 months, I have gone personally to talk to them a couple of times taking them paperwork and still see no change...
