  I absolutely love all of the people that work here at Woodforest Bank they are the most polite and caring people. They are always so kind and friendly. I truly appreciate everything they do for me. Great place to bank absolutely great!!! 😊

  Every time I try to use this place they have an excuse to why they can't work. Closing early... nobody is at the counter... system is down..I'm switching banks. Trash

  I've had only the best service, they know me by my name. The only complaint I have is the ATM doesn't take deposits, so if you have a check you can't use the ATM. But you can go to any Walmart register and do a deposit of cash onto your debit card!

  Complete horrible customer service a few months back me and my wife went into the branch to get her a debit card for the account, we told Warren that we were in a rush and couldn't take long, however, at no point during this visit were we told that there would be a charge for the debit card if we would have been told that upfront we would not have gotten it we didn't need it, it was only a matter of convenience. Well when my wife approached the branch about the charge on our account the Branch Manager Mrs. Dee told her that it was for the debit card. She told her that Warren did not mention this charge to us, Mrs. Dee then brought Warren out of the back and he called my wife a liar and then Mrs. Dee told my wife that she believes Warren over her. Then today 6-9-12 I go into the branch to make a deposit of cash, coin, and check. I was told that I needed to have my coin counted by a machine that charges you to count your coins, last I knew wasn't that in the job description of the teller. So I then left the bank and went to the three closest banks and asked them if I had an account with you and wanted to deposit this change would you accept it as is or would I need a coin machine to count it for me unanimous decision was of course we'd count it and deposit it for you. The coin amount barley exceeds eight dollars.

  Warren and the rest of this branches team have worked with me and helped me to get an account. They are a fantastic team and call me by name every time I come in. They are top notch people who work hard to please their customers.

  Warren and other employees at this branch ARE AWESOME however woodforest as a company ARE CROOKS!!! I DO NOT recommend ANYONE EVER using this company!! I will be removing my money from them tomorrow and will NEVER even think ttwich about using their services they steal your money everyway they can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  They like to change the rules on you, doing what's convenient for them.....but COSTING YOU!! And Warren was GREAT...but he's gone. :(
