  I was in the search of a home for 4 years and dealt with different lenders and I finally ran across Summit Funding. My lender was Debra Macaluso and she was very helpful with me. She help me get a low montage payment and a nice loan amount for me to purchase my home. The whole process was smooth and she made it easy for me.

  Diane is so awesome this is my 2nd time working with her in the home buying process she is great at communication, friendly, Great personality and most of all she will go to hell and back to help you out!   I am a small business owner and parent. Debra Macaluso made the process of applying for a home loan and navigating all the challenges less frightening and overwhelming. Debra attempted an FHA loan first, and then a conventional when an issue with Dept of Ed prevented an FHA loan. We worked together to make a conventional loan happen and I felt empowered through the process. If I ever plan to purchase another home, I am going to contact Debra first. I am now a homeowner, and my lifelong dream has come true.

  I first worked with Diane as the listing agent and I was impressed with her communication skills, professionalism, and we closed a few days sooner, which made all parties very happy. On this transaction, I represented the buyer and we needed a Christmas miracle; it had to close within two weeks, which included the Christmas holiday. Diane and her team delivered and we even closed a day early. I highly recommend Diane for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and diligence to close a deal.

  I knew Summit Funding was going to be my lender when I started working w/ Ms. Dianne. She being so transparent & keeping me informed thru the whole process. She became available to talk anytime I had a question; no matter if it was the weekend or on vacation. She informed me on several financing strategies to best help me achieve my real estate investing goal. Most of all she gave me encouragement when offers didn't go in my favor & kept me focused on what I was aiming to achieve!

  Summit Funding stuck with us throughout a difficult home purchase.
