  i was told to check with them because my friend went through the baton rouge branch! which i should have went to because whitney was very unprofessional! i wouldn’t recommend this branch to any one!

  The employees at 1st Franklin were a pleasure to be around from the moment I walked in until the moment I got approved for my loan. The employees actually care about your personal well being and make sure that all of your needs are met. They employees were very helpful in addressing all of my financial needs and will highly recommend this place to anyone who is in financial trouble, or just in need of a loan.

  Wonderful people, I dont have the best credit, but they worked with me and helped start me out with a low amount and Ive been repairing my credit. The people in this branch make this branch wonderful. Will always recommend.

  Went in office to speak about a consolidation loan. Spoke with Whitney, she was very helpful and friendly. I am very EXCITED to find out that the company make loans up to $15,000 and offer lower interest rates if qualified.

  Well my loan was for $300.00 and by the time all of your company's charges were added I was paying back $539.00. I did sign the papers, but since it was one of my friends (your Branch Manager) called me begging me to take a loan out since it was the opening day of the her new Branch, I assumed I wouldn't get taken. My mistake but I'll never deal with your company again. By the way, all of those charges to me was like paying 74% interest. It doesn't matter what the charges are called. NEVER AGAIN AND I IDON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!
