  Working with the Ace Mortgage team was a breathe of fresh air. Each person I encountered were knowledgeable, hospitable, and passionate. Mr. Phil will ALWAYS be the one ever etched in my memory. This man is genius with a heart of gold. He jumped on a call with me for well over 25 minutes and we received the results we needed before getting off that call. My experience was gratifying.   This is my first comment ever posted online! I cant resist complimenting Ace mortgage for their professionalism, attentiveness, honesty, and respect that's been shown during the process of buying land and conversion to construction project. Phil has exceeded my expectations. In this day in age when people are busy and communication is mostly through text and email, Phil almost always answers his phone and if not readily available....you can expect a speedy return phone call. My experience has reminded me that people still care. Look forward to continued partnership!

  I was referred to Ace Mortgage by a friend. I have been afraid of the process of buying a house for many years. Would I qualify? As a single mom is it even possible? Once I called and talked to Phil every worry I had about buying a home disappeared. We developed a great rapport immediately and I felt confident I was in the right place. All of the staff were so helpful. Answering all my ridiculous questions and explaining every step of the way what was required of me, their part, my realtors part and even the seller.   My husband and I mostly worked with Wendi at Ace Mortgage, but occasionally we did work with other staff members. Wendi worked relentlessly to make sure we got our loan. At times I thought this woman is crazy for all this documentation she is requesting, when in reality she would submit our loan until she knew 100% we would be approved with no move work needed. After giving her paper after paper after paper, well we was approved and no additional paperwork was needed to complete our loan. We are now in our amazing home that almost feels like a vacation every morning you wake up. Thanks Ace Mortgage and especially thanks to Wendi.
