Lisa Redding1My information was automatically transferred from Questar to Woodbury Financial back in March. I've attempted to contact this company THREE TIMES and each time: NO RETURN CALL and they've only sent me forms. I'm taking my business elsewhere and my new rep better not have any problems. I would avoid this company at all costs. They have no customer service representatives actually answering their phones. Your money is better off with a firm that can actually phone their clients and speak with them directly!

Their services allow us advisors to give our clients a professional and high class services. I researched many broker dealers to partner with and hands down made the right choice with Woodbury Financial.

MrCrispy5011My initial financial adviser with them was great. But, then, I was passed on to another one in Emporia, KS. Over a period of two years, he never returned any of my phone calls; not a single one. When I contacted Woodbury to finally close out my out and move the funds elsewhere, it was a nightmare. They kept telling me that I had to go through my adviser and he had to liquidate the funds. I must have spoken with 5 different people at their company. Eventually, when my adviser did not return their phone calls or emails either, they got the funds liquidated and closed my account. I realize that I did not have a huge account (between $10K - $20K), but that is no reason to treat me any differently. That is a large amount of money to me and I ended up losing about $2K - $3K as I waited for them to liquidate and close my account.

Charles Steinmetz1Only in it to make money. They offer either dubious advice or advice you can get with a regular accountant. They also do not exercise fiduciary responsible and ensure the client can actually benefit from their services, even when past return data is provided. They charge a lot upfront, and only produce deliverables when asked for a refund.

S F2Online format is nice; however, customer service investment assistance is hit or miss, leaning on very poor compared to other firms. I have experienced multiple instances where transactions took place on my behalf, but I was not truly educated regarding fees, etc. I do not have faith that my money is being handled well and have chosen to go elsewhere.
