  My experience with Karli was unbelievable! looking for my home mortgage I had a lot of issues. she took care of them in a very timely and efficient matter. And that was the result of Jean and her great communication. I would definitely give them the highest ranking in all categories and I have already referred them to many people !

  If you are looking for an enjoyable and great way to buying a house I would recommend Karli and her team in the process of buying your home.   Where do I even start?! In the past year, my life has been turned up-side down with an unexpected divorce. After building a life and family in a home for the past 13 years, I was now being faced with the question of how I was going to keep myself and my three children in the home that means so much to us. As soon as my divorce was put behind me, I was ready to take on the next step of redefining my life, and to be completely honest, I was terrified. Karli was referred to me by a close friend who assured me that Karli was magnificent at her job and that if it could be done, Karli would surely find a way. Not only is Karli extremely professional and knowledgable, she is also genuine, kind, personably, and compassionate. She made me feel so comfortable that I was immediately put at ease. Karli and her team were always available to answer ANY of my questions, and trust me, I had a lot!   Woah, I'm writing a review. I'm pretty sure I've only done this less than 5 times in my life and it's typically done when I am unhappy with a purchase. That is not the case here. Team Spahr did a absolutely fantastic job setting my mortgage. From the preapproval process to the preparation for closing. They did everything very quickly, incredibly organized, and very well communicated. Instances where they went above and beyond. 1. Adjusted my preapproval letter on a Saturday with 2 hours notice so I was able to get an offer in before a seller was going to review all offers. 2. Accepted a quite quick 30 day close requirement and had everything ready to go much earlier than that. Additionally, I quoted out 5 providers along with Karli's Fairway team. Each one - the closing costs were more expensive than this. They are quite competitive. I highly recommend and will certainly work with them again if the opportunity warrants.

  Karli, Jordan and the team at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp have truly made this process as easy as it could go and an educational one. Any questions we had were promptly answered and when we asked to meet in person to get a better understanding of this process, a time was set and things were thoroughly gone over.
