  I lived at Woodberry Forest for two years. I loved it, it was honestly the BEST. If they offered three bedroom apartments… I’d certainly be there still. I’m still looking for somewhere like this with 3. And Patricia is very sweet and nice if she’s still at the front desk. Over all, peaceful place to live.

  I recently moved to Woodberry Forest this past May. It is a quiet, safe, well-kept area. The manager, Patrice, and maintenance man, Danny, are friendly and professional, quick to resolve any issues you might have. The grounds are nicely landscaped, and the apartments are a deal, considering how close they are to the oceanfront. The residents are also friendly and polite.

  I lived at Woodberry Forest for two plus years when I was in the Navy and I really enjoyed my time there. The grounds were always spotless, my apartment was great, and management was quick to remedy any problems I had. The pool was perfect for a quick dip after a day out on the flightline and the proximity to the ocean front can't be beat. If I could have transported the whole complex home when my active duty time was up I would have; I've yet to find a place I liked more.

  I have been living here at Woodberry Forest apartments for 3 1/2 years now. Not being from this side of the woods, it is berry nice to be in a quiet safe neighborhood. Management strives again and again and again to make my living experience the best it can be. And their customer service team are quite punctual in satisfying your concerns immediately. Woodberry Forest Jungle sits in a prime location with a respectful diverse community. Not difficult to make this place a home away from home. 5 star in a jar.

  If you love black mold, coughing up blood, allergic reactions that cause leprocy like symptoms on your face, and perverted maintence employees that learn your schedule and wait until you're in the shower to let themselves in, then this is the place for you! I lived there for 3 years. My plants started dying after year one. My pets started dying after year 2, around the same time I began developing horrible symptoms. I developed lesions that would not go away everywhere on my body. I saw 7 different doctors, 4 dermatologists, and an internist trying to figure out the cause. We decided to do a mold test after our 1st floor apartment suddenly had a waterfall feature every time it rained. Water literally flowed like a curtain to the center of the room. We did four petri dishes, and a control outside. The mold grew so much in the indoor dishes that it pushed the lid up within 2 days. We sent the results off for testing, and the results were terrifying to say the least. After discovering that we were dealing with insane amounts of black mold, I went to an allergen specialist regarding my rashes and lesions. Without any promts, he asked if I lived somewhere that mold was a possibility. I told him about our living conditions, and he got really serious, and then started typing. After a few minutes, he printed out a medical recommendation to immediately vacate from our appartment. Long story long, don't rent if you value your health.

  I just moved in 3 months ago and I absolutely love it here. It is quiet and pretty and all of the neighbors are very friendly. The grounds are spotless, the leasing agent is wonderful.
