  Mr. Templeton and his team were exceptionally great at communicating with me throughout this entire home-buying process. They held my hand and were very patient with me about things I didn't understand and explained my concerns thoroughly. Their response time via phone, email, or the portal was unlike anything I've ever experienced at break-neck speed. There simply can't be a better mortgage team out there in the world. If there is, I surely don't want to meet them because I'm spoiled now!
