  Working with Atlantic Coast Mortgage was a great experience. Our loan officer, Roberto Westbrook, was a pleasure to work with. Roberto listened to all of our inquiries and questions when we wanted to refinance our home loan, and he helped us find the best loan that worked for us. He was not pushy at all and we felt that we could trust him, which is very important to us. The entire process was really easy, and Roberto was there every step of the way.   Where should I start? I currently live in Texas and have a rental property in Virginia. I tried 10+ other places to get a cash-out refinance loan and was told that it would be tricky to make happen as it's not my primary residence and I live out of state. When I reached out to Katie who had helped me before, she didn't hesitate to get started right away. She told me exactly what I needed to do and her whole team was amazing!   We worked with Katie Brinson here at Atlantic Coast. She was recommended by our realtor, and once I talked to her the first time I knew that's who we would go with. She was very personable and knowledgeable. We had never used the VA loan before and she walked us through every step of the way. Katie was available any time we needed her, which was wonderful because in this market, houses are moving quickly. If we needed to shoot her a text at 8pm, she was right there responding right away. We were able to get a fantastic interest rate and a lender credit to help with closing costs--all because of Katie's hard work!   When I was referred to Katie Brison by my daughter I did not expect much. As I have a preconceived notion everyone who was in the field of sales will tell you anything you want to hear so they can benefit from making the sale. I was wrong in many ways. Katie showed concern from the beginning, she was also professional and above all she cared. She would call to see where I was in the process of obtaining my paperwork.
