  Thank you for a great experience! Ian was so personable and kind. He did a great job showcasing the pieces he had that matched what I was looking for, and helped me through my decision making process. I visited a few other shops in the area to compare and came back to make my purchase here because his customer service and selection! Store is clean and displays inventory is diverse and displayed nicely. Don't skip this stop!

  The staff is friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. The layout is nice and spacious. The layout can accommodate wheelchair bound customers. The jewelry is gorgeous, and reasonably priced. They carry guitars, strings, and picks. Perfect one stop shop for the guitarist, as well as the jewelry customer. I'd recommend this place to anyone that's looking for jewelry, and/or guitars. Also, they loan out money on jewelry or music instruments. You've got a 4 month window to pay. Can't ask for a better place for fine jewelry, awesome guitars, and money to loan

  I was very hesitant about using a pawn shop. The other Google reviews gave me the motivation to go and at least check it out. Ian is very down to earth which instantly made him easy to talk to and to ask questions. It’s obvious he is very knowledgeable and honest which was why I felt comfortable doing business with him. I would confidently refer him and use his services again!

  Woods is a great place. Ian is a nice, courteous, professional who is extremely fair with the loans that could have up to 4 months before expiration compared to the crooks in Atlantic city that want to stamp a 15 day expiration ticket, hoping that you'll come 1 day late so they can sell off your valuable items. I had a bad experience going to CITY JEWELERS when Woods was closed for renovations. Woods Loan Office is the very best. Make it your very first stop.
