  I refinanced with Wonder Rates in Oct 2021. I got the best rate and closing costs at the time. Even though the loan closing process encountered a snag due to a false lien, Thomas (loan processor) worked diligently to clear it. It was a pleasant pleasure to work with him. I'd recommend Wonder Rates to anyone with a mortgage refinance need.

  Before contacting Rosie, we had been refused by many loan officers because our case was difficult. Then a friend gave us the contact of Duc Pham, her boss, and he transferred us to Rosie to work with. I had to say that Rosie and her team were amazing. They followed our case and always picked up the phone even on weekends. They gave us the best advice so we could have a good rate, not too soon, not too late.   I know Wonder Rates from one of my real estate classmates (Yen), who just recently joined the team. I first contacted Wonder Rates on Dec. 28, 2021 and spoke to chi Hong Pham (Rosie) just to shop for another refi option. At that time, I had already worked with another lender, who I worked with them in the past and they gave me a very competitive rate. However, after speaking to Rosie, I realized Wonder Rates was able to offer a better rate, lower closing cost, and shorter closing time. The Rosie team was very professional, responsive and answered all my questions patiently. My loan will be closed on Jan 10, 2022. The entire process takes only 2 weeks, including appraisal. I am very happy with the service and will recommend Wonder Rates and the Rosie's team to my family, friends, and other people.

  Duc and Thomas are very professional and responsive through my refinance process. My refinance got multiple declinations from several lenders/brokers before I came to them. They made everything smooth and fast. They submitted my application to several lenders and negotiated with each lenders before presenting and recommending the most best term to me. What else should I ask when the team work their best on my behalf! They offered me the best option along with back-up options. When Duc and Thomas said they could do it, they truly did it. Highly recommend!
