  I just closed a refi transaction with this mortgage company. Even though I did not like the slowness of Quicken Loan in reviewing my loan, I very much appreciate the responsiveness from both Duy (the loan processor) and Nhan (the loan broker). They were great. They work day, late night, and weekend to process loans and response to my emails. I will definitely use them again.
