  Enjoying our home for 11 months now. Had a great experience with Royal Oaks Team, from purchase and design choices, to walk throughs, to closing and finally, to warranty requests during the first 11 months. Would recommend Royal Oaks highly.

  We bought a home with Royal Oaks in Cary NC and our overall experience was very positive. They were very responsive to our needs and came back quickly to any requests we might have. We have been in the house for 6 months now and have not experienced any issues so far.

  I have worked with Royal Oaks a number of times and I always recommend them as one of the top builders in the Triangle area. Parker Pointe, Grays Creek, Bella Casa are all communities that I've worked with Royal Oaks in. From the sales team to the project management team to the way management handles any customer issues is top-notch! If you're looking for a builder in the Raleigh area give Royal Oaks a call!

  I seriously have no idea how in the world Royal Oaks has a 4.8 review. It actually is a little funny and makes me think they have their employees working on these reviews. I am currently living in a neighborhood where I can almost guarantee majority of the homeowners would rate this company less than one. This company is a money hungry business and does not care in the least bit about who they burn along the way. My one year old home has suffered catastrophic water damage due Royal Oaks and their subconstractors installing my hot water heater on the third floor. I have sent several emails to the owner of royal oaks along with department heads (you name it I have sent it). They have not offered to do or compensate my family or insurance a thing. They are greedy. Wait, they did offer to replace my floors.. at retail cost — which means they would be making money off of me for a second time. Really - you are a sorry company and I will let everyone know this. Reading reviews - it looks like this seems to be a trend .. maybe you should take note and stop installing hot water heaters in the attic .. and stop charging upgrading fees for homeowners to move their hot water heater in the garage. I wanted to come in and edit my review -- this place needs to be reported and they no longer need to be building homes... and that is the honest truth. I will complain to anyone and everyone until I see that happen.
