  Their website is horrible. I have trouble logging in every single time. very out dated site. Also when you try and call a certain branch, you're actually calling a single customer support number. I wait on hold every time I call for at least 5 min and I can't even talk to someone ay my local branch.

  Love this Credit Union. Been with them for over ten years now and have financed a car through them without any issues. Recently I swapped my current car loan for another car and the process was painless. They approved it in no time. The building is nice and clean, and staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

  Very clean and nice building and the people there are very friendly. We love Wings! We have been customers there for about 30 years total as a family and now my wife and I still bank there even though we moved to South Carolina! Great mobile banking options 👍

  Rob is not knowledgeable and tells you things that are not correct. Does not respond to emails or voicemails timely and promises everything without communicating to the underwriter first. Closing accounts we wasted time opening.

  I don’t get why they have atms in there. Can’t have bank tellers? And I have rent due and can’t even take out my full check. Nobody was in the front to greet me. Horrible service in the bank. Thanks a lot.

  Hi Malena, the Personal Teller Machines allow our Apple Valley-based staff to serve members at multiple locations, allowing us to expand hours at certain branches.   At any given time I go into wings financial at maple Grove branch ,I hardly spend time there because of the prompt and fast customer relationship status and services they render to all customers at the same time ,so far so good I recommend wings to everyone who wants to open an account 😀keep it up guys

  Have an auto loan through Wings, always have had good experiences. Swapping my auto loan for a new car was painless.

  This is review is for the Wings Fraud Department. Their very unprofessional do not return phone calls, they take money out of your account without even sending DOCUMENTATION as to why their taking that amount. I have called over 4 times left voicemails & still no response. I regret ever banking with this Credit Union & I have since move All my funds out of this credit union & over too Associated Health Credit Union, my new credit union has better rates on home & car loans & customer service has been wonderful. Wings changed their name years ago but I feel the service went downhill with the name change. I’m waiting for a return phone call back from their fraud department just left a messsge today 7/20/22 at 10:00am hopefully someone returns my call
