  I went to see Jim Steel in hopes of figuring out how to get a mortgage. I was hoping to get one in a year and it only took them months. It was the most painless house purchase I've been through and am atill shocked how easy he made the process with as little as 3 hours of my time taken out of my life. I can't say enough about Him and his team. Highly recommend to go see him with your mortgage needs. Edit we just refinanced and Jim once again came through with the easiest refinance I think I could do. Thanks again for the team effort and ease of the process. You guys made it too simple and stress free!

  Kristie Griego is a loving, kind, and very helpful agent for New American Funding. She seems to go way out of her way to get us through this sometimes complicated and confusing process of getting a new loan. We worked with her before and she notified us of potential monthly savings with a re-fi. We were able to reduce our monthly payment, and walked away with a check as well! Very highly recommended!

  We heard about Jim Steel through our agent who we have worked with on the buying and selling of our two homes. Jim delivered fast turnaround on our per-qualification and was very professional, but also very personable. If you have ever been through the process of buying and selling homes sometimes you feel that you are just number's waiting in a pile of paper work, but that was NOT the case with Jim.
