  Notice to those making inside deposits or withdrawals : there are no actual tellers here, you will be doing a video chat or text with a machine to make your deposit or withdrawal with a teller off site. Pretty much a supercharged ATM. There were representatives there to help guide me through the process, and they were helpful. Personally, I would much rather deal with a teller face to face at the counter in person. Although this location is much more convenient for me, I'll be making the trip to the Apple Valley location from now on.

  Laura at the Wings location in Lakeville was an absolute pleasure to work with. She explained all of our options thoroughly and gave us all of the information clearly. I would highly recommend seeing Laura Welch for any financial needs.

  Reached out on several occasions (weeks) for a mortgage loan. They never get back with you. I've had great service for years up until recently. Dunno what happened.

  Great atmosphere and great staff. It is our first time getting a home loan and we had no Idea what we were doing. Micheal and Laura helped us along and get us started on our next steps.

  Automated answering service is sub par. Pick up the phone! I've also deposited checks in the automated teller machines that do not get processed for up to 3 weeks.

The delayed check deposit experience sounds like it might have had some special circumstances, but if you couldn't get in touch that understandably makes things frustrating. If you haven't resolved this please email us at [email protected]. We are also working on improving how members can get in touch with our call center. We also rolled out a virtual assistant that can escalate issues to a live representative. It's in CU Online now, and will be coming to the mobile app.

  Can pretty much accommodate all basic banking needs and I'm always in and out in minimal time. I have never waited on any of my visits.
