  If you’re looking for a bank with a small town feel with great customer service and great rates, this is the place! I have an auto loan, a personal account and a business account here and I am extremely happy with all of them. They treat you like a person when you walk in and not just a member number, which I appreciate so much, from the manager to all the staff as well. Highly recommend!

  I've been a new customer since May of 2021 at the Genisys Credit Union at Pilot Knob Rd. Very satisfied with their service and overall quality of products offered. Their staff is very helpful and friendly. Always professional and working with their customers to get the best service and products. Highly recommend this credit union.

  Casey couldn't have made the process of refinancing my vehicle any easier! I was able to get the 1.99 interest rate and couldn't be happier with the entire process at Genisys credit union! Very fast and personal service and they do everything they can to keep things easy and quick. Most information needed was done online and through email. I opted to go to the credit union to sign papers and everyone was wearing a mask and had plastic dividers up to keep everyone safe during covid. Definitely recommend this credit union.

  We are returning customers with Genisys CU and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a reliable credit union with competitive rates, great customer service and convenient locations throughout the Twin Cities. We worked with Kara from the Lakeville location who provided excellent service from start to finish. We thoroughly received communication timely as we had such a short window to complete a loan process to secure a purchase. Kara stayed on top of the loan until the sale was completed.   I’ve been a member at Genisys Credit Union for the last 5 years. Recently, I found myself in need of consolidating some debt. However, my credit is not in the best of shape, so I didn’t think I would have a chance at getting approved. I applied online for a personal loan and Kara from the Lakeville branch helped me through the rest of the process. I got approved for a secured collateral loan, and I am now able to consolidate my debt! Kara, made the process smooth! Opening a checking account today, and will be a loyal member for a long time.   Would highly recommend Genisys credit union and highly highly HIGHLY recommend working with Kara! She is very friendly and very knowledgeable! Kara worked with me refinancing my auto loan, she took the time to walk me through step by step and made it simplistic and easy. I had to wait a day to hear back from Kara and Genisys on the finalization of my refinance. When she called me to inform me of it, she gave me 2 options. Come sign in person when it's convenient for me or sign them via email. As busy as I was I went with the email option..it was a snap! Sent back and forth in just mintues! Highly recommend Genisys credit union for any of your financial needs!!! Thanks again Kara, You rock!!!

  I switched over to Genysis a few months ago and couldn't be happier. The staff are so friendly and the manager Kara goes out of her way to help you with anything you need. She even called to let me know how I could save money. Love this credit union and all the people!!!

  I have been using the local 3 letter bank for years. I joined the Rosemount/Lakeville Genisys location online last night. The process was very easy taking about 15 minutes to open a savings account. Today-Friday, I went into the credit union to refinance an auto loan from a march 2018 purchase. I, worked with Kara. She, was very helpful and informative. She, pointed out an issue on my credit report that I was not aware of. I had an approval with in 3.5 hours from meeting her. With a rate that was better and saving me BANK! Thanks, Kara and Genisys😎

  I refinanced my inflated Capital One Auto Loan for a very respectable rate. I also got approved for their Rewards Master Card. So far I have been treated better here than any other bank in Minnesota.
