  The staff is exceptional and you never have to wait, they always greet you with a friendly smile. Their prices for a safety deposit box is extremely low cost compared to other institutions. They offer other services and try to help you out in an areas you may need. Well knowledge about banking. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe place to put their money.

  That branch has the greatest associates that I have ever meant.....their customer skills are the greatest...no harshness...no short tempered people work there...from the manager to the tellers...I personally have never met a better group....Hey!! Apple Valley ,you hired the best...thank you...Sherry Carson

  I waited inside this facility about 40 minutes to get acknowledged....another 10 before I was given forms to start to fill out to open and account..still now waiting over and additional 40+ minutes to get to speak to ANYONE. I guess coming in with them counts for something early when they open up. I HOPE I DON'T REGRET THIS

  Worse bank ever hidden fees and stealing money for the hack of it... dont bank with this credit union...& this is the reply to your feedback was in the bank the other day tried to dispute some charges but was told by your representative "no". I guess, she did not care to allow me to fill out an application regarding the dispute or to go through a due process. She just looked at my account listen to me explained in details about what was going on and refused to give me an application for disputing. I HIGHLY, DONT RECOMMEND THIS BANK ....

  Wings Credit Union is a premier financial institution that most don't pay attention to.... Here's what you need to know.. The main point you need to understand about banking is bank in the traditional sense don't care about saving their customers money... Well in the world of credit unions you are not viewed as a customer but a member... What motivates the management layers within the walls of wings consist of providing members services and convenience. You would be wise to consider this points....

  Poor customer service, can’t view account number or any personal info on app, customer service only open 9-5, almost impossible to close account without going into the branch.

  A member since 1989 when it was Northwest Federal Credit Union...by far the best credit union I've ever been in...the rates are second to none and the staff is phenomenal!!

  Love wings , the associates in the branch are amazing . Love they customer service . BUT the reps through the 1800 number , HORRIBLE Attitudes
