  Kevin and his team were amazing especially as we were closing on our own. I’ve heard so many horror stories for buyers and especially for first-time home buyers but in all honesty, everything went smoothly while we were preparing for closing day and on closing day and I have to thank Kevin for that. He communicated each process in its entirety, maintained professionalism, and was always open to answering any questions I had (I do ask a TON of question). I know this review is filled with all positives and has no negatives in it but that’s because I am a very very happy first-time home buyer. So thank you Kevin! We love our new home and we appreciate everything you’ve done. We will be returning for our next home purchase!

  Kevin was AMAZING. This was my first home and he literally walked me through the entire process seamlessly. He helped to set proper expectations for me. He also ensured that I knew what was expected of me from start to finish during the process of buying. He was readily available and ALWAYS had the answers to my questions. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking to purchase a home.

  First time home buyer all thanks to Kevin and his team. They were excellent and on top of things. It was an easy smooth transition with all questions answered that I've had. They were definitely a phone call/text or email away. I will definitely refer them to friends and family. Also will use them again on my next home/land buying process.   Kevin and his team were awesome! I was having issues finding a lender and my realtor put me in contact with Kevin and his team. He told me everything I needed to do to make sure my loan was approved and once I did those things he got me approved for the exact amount of money I needed to get the house of my dreams! He and his team were extremely patient and there with me every step of the way. I am forever grateful for them!!!

  Wish i can give 10 stars my husband an I almost give up our lender drag out the process give him all the documents twice then decided not to approve. my co-worker refer me to Kevin and his awesome team with American Eagle. I was nervous and at the point of giving up but Kevin assured me after reviewing all our documents and job history that he will close and he and his team did that in 15 days. God riches blessing over his team they are patient ,honest and committed to their clients. Big Thank you from the Baldwin family. we greatly appreciate you and your phenomenal team Kevin.
