  I thought I would do this review because often times we complain when banks or companies do poorly. This is on behalf of my little mathematician teller and she’ll know if she reads this who I’m talking about. She was very sweet❣️ took her time filled out my slip and helped me with a pleasant personality. Thank y’all for making me feel welcomed when I walked into the bank. 🤗👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

  The rep at Bank of America old national a guy is very rude very unprofessional and not nice he is just very unpleasant and he needs to fix his behavior. I went there last on Saturday he was just not a good person and not helpful. This guy didn’t want to help and so quick to dismiss. I am most definitely leaving that bank I hate Bank of America thanks to him after almost 9years with you guyz

  The Bank of America brand is absolutely horrible. Go to a credit union. The customer service is horrible and the wait times are horrific. Basically stood in line for over 45 min for a simple 3 second deposit. Closed my account that day. I mean it's really bad.

  My experience was perfect! Mr. Dennis helped me out a lot. He was so pleasant and professional. Sonja the bank Manager was very helpful as well. I give my visit a 5 star rating

  The tellers are very friendly however, service is ridiculously slow they are always under staffed in that area. They have one or two tellers to twenty or thirty customers, you'd think the drive thru would be quicker nope you just sit there waiting for service that's when and if it's open.

  They have 1 teller with 2 other personnel walking around making sure everyone is ok and watching the line build up. No help at all. They advised us to use the ATM. If the atm handled our needs I don't think half the people would be inside the bank. Poor customer service. I will avoid this BOA.

  POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Worst bank experience I’ve ever had. Need ALL new staff. Instead of helping decrease the line the employees continuously walk around staring at the LINE THAT CONTINUES TO GROW!!! Very very sorry people.

  I wanted a debit card she told me I had to make an appointment and that she is booked up for the day. Never heard of making an appointment

  Slow all the time, have only one drive thru window open all the time and two inside. Need all teller Windows open on the 1st, 3rd and ever Friday. Please do better Bank of America.
