  I had a great experience working with Wilson. If you need a real estate agent/loan officer, wilson is the one! He took the time to understand our needs and exactly what we were looking for in an investment property . He took us through the process step by step with detailed explanation. Wilson did an awesome job preparing and educating us about the market situation and was not only able to find us identify the right locations, but also he took his time to analyze pros and cons of each property. It was not an easy process for a first time investor to buy an investment property in today's market. Wilson completely exceeded my expectations. It was amazing to see everything come together so quickly. We are ever so thankful for Wilson's continuous guidance and support. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent/loan officer. After learning about our prices and the requirements for choosing a region, Mr. Ou prepared some suitable houses before taking us on a field trip, saving a lot of unnecessary inspection time.
