  We have worked with Carolyn Thomas at Cherry Creek Mortgage through the years for all of our family real estate loan transactions for over a decade (2 purchases and 2 refinances). She has always been tremendously helpful, clear, and delivers a loan package that is excellent. On a few of these transactions we have done the extra work of getting an extra loan approval from a competitor for competition and the package from Cherry Creek and Carolyn had always been either as good or better than the competition. In this HOT real estate market it is difficult enough to win bids on homes, but Carolyn’s fast work and excellent responsiveness came through for us and we were able to get exactly the home we had been hoping for. She is up-front about all loan details, no surprises, and goes above and beyond to make the process a breeze.

  Carolyn was the consummate professional in guiding my husband and I through the purchase of our first home. She was thorough, listened, and most importantly patient with us (I'm sure we asked a few repeat questions!). Given the competitive landscape, we realized that once we were ready to make an offer we needed to act fast and have everything prepared (ready to go at any minute :-)). We closed with a VA loan which can be daunting (specific guidance, clearances, etc.) to say the least, she gave us confidence that we needed to know we were in great hands - always available (text, email, phone) and ready to help.

  What a great experience I had with Carolyn Thomas. You must use her. She is AMAZING! had been looking for a home for about 1 1/2 years. When I would find a property that I liked, it seemed that there were several bids. I was feeling hopeless. Carolyn counseled me step by step. I recently viewed a home and feel in love with it. It was the first one that felt like I was already home. It had seven bids on it, and I was at the top of my budget. Carolyn reached out to both the selling and buying agent. She came up with a creative way for me to actually obtain the home. She had purposed a 21 escrow. I accepted and I got the home of my dreams. Carolyn went over and beyond the scope of her job.
